Having difficulty locating a defendant or you ran into a dead end with a bad address? We can do a limited address search of the defendant's possible last known address for an additional fee, when requested. Address searches are not included in the flat rate Service of Process, so please specify your request when submitting your job or contact us for more details.

We can also do courthouse document retrieval and deliver other time-sensitive legal and non-legal documents or small parcels as well. (e.g. Company Interoffice mail, packages and supplies) and miscellaneous company paperwork.
e-Filing: Many of our clients choose to do their own filing, however we are happy to e-File Affidavits we prepare in Wisconsin. Check with us to confirm your unique needs.

We have a State of Wisconsin certified Notary Public available to notarize your documents. We can handle your Notary needs stand-alone or mobile if needed. With every Service of Process job, we ensure all affidavits we handle are completed correctly, notarized and returned in a timely fashion after carefully self-auditing our documents for completeness before submission.
DILIGENT, FAST TURNAROUND
Diligent attempts, morning evening and weekends.
WI Process aims to get the first diligent attempt of service made in under 48 hours of assignment (unless rush service is requested and excluding weekends and recognized holidays) and that up to 3-4 attempts total are completed by their expected due date with diligence. The number of attempts depends on location and job type. We generally aim to start the first attempt within 24 hours of assignment when possible, dependent on workload. GPS attempt tracking, auto notifications, e-invoicing and online payments are available for most jobs to keep track of your jobs easily and get instant updates.
